Scope of Work:
The Tourism Regional Committee of Normandy wanted to know the impacts/realities of the MICE sector/industry on its territory.

Project Description:
Horwath HTL conducted a detailed analysis of different offers, current and potential markets and established an operational typology. This work has served as a benchmark for various public concerned and was complemented by a marketing action plan.
