Grand Nancy owns a renowned historic heritage, “Nancy Thermal”, which contains various wellness and water activities to general public. The organism wanted to reconsider its tourist positioning.
Project Description:
In partnership with ISC firm, Horwath HTL defined a new project including a revival of the thermal activity, the creation of Spa-Wellness equipment and a recovery of an outdoor aquatic center. This project was completed by studies of a hotel and a tourist residence in the vicinity of this innovative city center pole.
