Elaboration of a hotel development plan, Plaine de France area – Seine-Saint-Denis

Project:

Horwath HTL was appointed to complete a hotel development study for Plaine de France area.

Solution and implementation:

The mission comprised three phases:

• A diagnosis of the current market environment: socio-economic context, tourism market, hotel demand and supply, the identification of future urban and hotel projects as well as an assessment of the hotel market’s potential.
• The analysis of key success factors per zone: analysis of local environment for each target zone, definition of demand and supply forecast per zone and identification of specific needs (capacity, positioning)
• The elaboration of a teaser addressed to hotel players: briefing on the context and development goals of EPA Plaine de France, introduction of target areas for hotel development and site identification.
