Scope of Work:
The Palais des Festivals et des Congrès in Cannes annually hosts major events such as the Cannes Film Festival. The City of Cannes in 2009 launched a major program of renovation and the creation of an additional underground exhibition space (extension of 7,000 m²).
Project Description:
Horwath HTL intervened in further legal analysis, on the year-end economic review of the delegation (DSP) and estimated the trade and financial potential of this extension.
