Scope of Work:
Horwath HTL assisted the territory of south Oise in the definition and implementation of a tourist park project dedicated to nature and environmental respect on the subject of insects.
Project Description:
The project consists in the definition and the creation of a new leisure and educational offer for the discovery of insects and the biodiversity of the territory:
- Definition of the concept, its scenario and visit design
- Estimation of the capital budget
- Creation of the business plan: estimated operating account and public service delegation principle for the operation
- Long-term project management assistance.
