Scope of Work:
The City of Arzon wanted Horwath HTL to assist them in the drafting of their tourism development strategy for the destination.
Project Description:
- Drafting of a tourist economy diagnosis (audit of public facilities, analysis of the economic impact, meeting with professionals…), a strategy plan and choice of the actions to implement
- Follow and assist the municipality in the implementation of priority actions: market study, pre programming, economic and legal feasibility study.
