Scope of Work:
The fact that French gastronomy is classified as intangible heritage by UNESCO is a promise of the French State to create a City of Gastronomy that aims at enhancing national identity through culinary art.

 

Project Description:
Our mission was to accompany the City of Dijon in the concept definition and for its candidacy chosen in 2013: feasibility study and the programming of activities on 12 000m² dedicated to exhibitions, training, tasting, testing and accommodation.

Project Status:
Assignment completed – National contest in progress.
