Scope of Work:
The departmental Committee of Tourism of Seine-et-Marne wishes to develop a tourism activity complementary to the original/initial purpose of local recreation nearby in and around regional leisure of Vaires-Torcy.
Project Description:
Horwath HTL intervened to produced a programming and feasibility study on 5 identified sites to define the best-suited accommodation for the reception and welcoming of top athletes, students and schools, business or leisure.

Assignment completed – Accommodation projects under setting-up.
