Scope of Work:
Aéroports de Paris carried out a business center project called “Heart of Orly” with office spaces, hotels and a convention hall. The operation Heart of Orly aims at creating of a new pole of activity, trade and living near Paris-Orly airport. Horwath HTL worked with Aéroports de Paris and the public authorities on the market potential for a MICE activity, and on the definition of an operational plan for the creation of a congress center in Orly.
