Scope of Work:
As part of the merger of its reservation services with those of Golden Tulip, Louvre Hotels Group wondered about the organization to implement for group clients.

Project Description:
Combining his knowledge of the hospitality industry and issues related to the distribution, Horwath HTL conducted an internal consultation mission to analyze the needs and products to be recommended, based on the most successful practices in the sector.
